                                                                 Jeff DeAngelis

Jeff DeAngelis has worked in Silicon Valley for more than 35 years. His career started at Lockheed Missiles and Space Systems as a Communications System Engineer where he Designed, Developed, and Managed more than ten programs for Satellite, Missile, and ground-based communication systems. During this time, he managed multiple Billion Dollar subcontracts and R & D programs that brought to market advanced technologies targeted to improve microwave to millimeter wave Phased Array Antenna system, Radar, and Wireless Data systems. After nine years with Lockheed, Jeff transitioned from the Defense Industry into the consumer sector working for Philips Semiconductors.

During his eight years at Philips, he held Application Engineering Manager roles, Regional Market Segment Manager positions as part of the North American Field Sales team, and multiple Product Management roles always accepting roles to refurbish floundering businesses or create new Product Lines. At Philips Jeff, managed Wireless chip sets, Telecom / Networking products, Handheld Computing using embedded MIPS with Software based MODEM technology and developed a new product line as General Manager of the PTN (Philips Telecom & Networking) product portfolio. After Philips Semiconductors, Jeff joined Maxim Integrated (now part of Analog Devices)

During his 18 years at Maxim Integrated / Analog Devices, Jeff managed five product lines including, Ultrasound, Medium Voltage Switch (12V to 80V), Signal Integrity solutions for NAS / SAS, Servers, PC’s, and established multiple product portfolios to secure a strong foothold in Industrial Automation. His work as Vice President – Digital Factory, included working to secure, integrate, and manage two new acquisitions Icron, a Box Level USB Extension Company in Vancouver BC, and Trinamic, a Motion Control & Motor Drive company in Hamburg Germany. Both companies continue to thrive as Part of Analog Devices today.

Over Jeff’s career, he as managed small teams < 10 people as well as teams of 300+ people and growing business from less than a million dollars per year to achieve revenues of more than $500 million dollars per year. Along the way he has had the pleasure to manage Development Engineering teams, Application Engineering Teams, HR teams, Marketing Communication Teams, Manufacturing Teams, Product Management Teams, Business Management Teams, and Field Sales Teams.
